Webinars

Two webinars are planned as part of the project, offering different perspectives on oral history and migration.

The first webinar invites participants to engage in a joint discussion of counter archives and historical knowledge – and thus also of the question of how this knowledge is conveyed in adult education. Together with experts from the fields of oral history, second language teaching and basic education, we want to highlight and discuss fundamental methodological approaches.

The second webinar is aimed directly at learners. Here, they will have the opportunity to share their experiences, discuss their interview results and engage in conversation with each other. The aim is to reflect together on the opportunities and challenges of oral history – and on how personal narratives can contribute to the Counter Archive and help shape collective memory.
