Privacy Policy

The personal data provided in the Erasmus+ project VOICES, in particular name, address, telephone number, email address, and age, which are necessary and required solely for the purpose of implementing or fulfilling the resulting project product, will be processed on the basis of legal authorizations. For dissemination purposes, the following personal data will be processed: first and last name and age, and published on the following media: project website, websites of partner institutions, and internal and external publications (e.g., EPALE, erwachsenenbildung.at, and other media outlets of partner institutions), as well as social media channels of the Vienna Adult Education Centers and the social media of partner institutions. 

Personal data: 

• Processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject 

• Collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes 

• Are appropriate and relevant to the purpose and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of data processing 

• Are stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed 

• Are processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data. 

The project consortium is responsible for protecting your data. If you agree to the following uses, please check the appropriate box.

Declaration of use of work 

I, ………………………………………………………………………….., grant Die Wiener Volkshochschulen GmbH the free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the project product in the form of podcasts, videos, and audio files within the framework of the Erasmus+ project VOICES. 

I permit minor changes to improve presentation, such as changes to the format, cropping, shortening or editing of texts, or corrections of typos. 

I confirm that I have the permission of all potential co-authors to release the work for use as described. The work is not subject to any prohibition or other restriction on making it available to VHS for the purposes described. In creating the work, I have duly respected the rights of third parties, such as the right to one’s own image. 

I further confirm that I hold the rights to the work or am sufficiently authorized by the rights holder to grant the aforementioned permissions.  

I shall indemnify and hold harmless the VHS should it be held liable by third parties contrary to the confirmations stated in this authorization. If I revoke the authorization to use the work, this revocation shall only apply to the future.
