The course trainer/participant gives their express consent for Die Wiener Volkshochschulen GmbH to make audio, film, and photo recordings on behalf of the Erasmus+ project VOICES, which are intended for publication by third parties. This consent also extends to audio, film, and photo recordings made inside and outside the premises of VHS. 

The audio, film, and photo recordings may be made by VHS and its employees themselves or by third parties commissioned by VHS. The participant agrees that the recordings (audio, film, photo) made of him/her during or in connection with the educational offerings of the VHS may be evaluated and published without compensation and without any temporal or spatial restrictions using any current or future technical process. The transfer of usage rights extends to all currently known and unknown types of use and includes, in particular, digitization, reproduction, distribution, exhibition, presentation, broadcasting, making available to the public, and public reproduction via image/sound/data carriers. The transfer of rights to sound, film, and photo recordings applies to the following purposes: 

• Public relations and dissemination activities for the VOICES project 

• The recordings may therefore be used and published in both digital and analog form in all suitable media, such as online, print, social media channels, TV, cinema, theater, radio, videograms, as well as interactive and multimedia channels, etc., and stored in databases, including those accessible online. 

The course instructor/participant agrees that the audio, film, and photo recordings may be combined with other images, texts, or graphics, cropped, altered, or modified. The VHS/project consortium undertakes not to use the audio, film, and photo recordings in a defamatory manner. 

I accept that this release statement is binding on my heirs and legal successors. 

This consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future. In the case of publications that have already been made, the VHS refers to its legitimate interest.
